   I have nothing but praise for this dental practice . I needed emergency treatment yesterday , and from the minute I walked into the practice , I was met with courtesy and care by the receptionists. The dentist ( Angie ) was very understanding , caring and explained my options in a way which was very easy to understand . I was treated there and then and my toothache has gone. I have previously been seen by Jack was was equally professional and caring . Thank you to all concerned.

   I've been a victim of this Dental Practice twice. The first was, an injection that went into my head that resulted in 3 years tremors, hospital visits to see two consultants and two hospitals, who were taken back by this. I'd been a patient for years but, 6 years ago this nightmare started. It resulted in me developing a fear and distrust of returning, as it would most people. During this time of 3 years of 24/7 tremors, Covid plandemic caused a stop to anyone getting seen. A few years later patients were supposed to have been notified of the slow, limited return to treatments. I didn't get any notifications. More time passed as my fear trauma remained. I felt gut wrench fear to make an appointment. When I eventually plucked up the courage, I discovered I'd become a victim of this arrogant Dental practice, at Whitehill Road, Halifax, as they'd struck me off. Leaving me with no Dentist anywhere, as non were taking any NHS patients on. I went to a private dentist in Queensbury, Bradford for an initial assessment and they had a half price £40 offer on. They were very reassuring but, that was all part of the lead up to an estimate cost of £3035,00+ cost. I thought it might be around £300 ! So, now I have no dentist. Can't afford the £3035.00+ and left with having to unsuccessful attempt DIY teeth repairs to my broken front teeth caused by Bruxism stress. This Whitehill Dentist trued to pass the buck to the dentist who carried out the injection that lead to my 3 years tremors and ongoing trauma. Their arrogant response was 'complain to the Ombudsman', knowing that system is deliberately long winded and geared towards protecting the dental system and not the patient. I'm left with bitterness, anger, no dentist, and dismay at being a victim of this arrogant Dental Practice twice. Giving this review is part of my warning to others to beware of this practice and, part of my getting some justice, as there is little redress I can otherwise get. I'm ignored by the current Health Secretary after sending email 8 times.

   I had my first appointment at this dental surgery today and I honestly can't begin to say how brilliant they are. My dentist was called Ben and apologies, I can't remember the name of his assistant/nurse but they were such a good team, reassuring and thorough and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. Thank you so much.

   Always friendly, polite and cheerful. The girls are always happy to help. The dentists are brilliant. Stephen is so professional, and brilliant. Would recommend this practice to anyone, especially those that are nervous as they will ALWAYS make you feel welcome. Simply the best.

   I have been seeing Mr Chris Rowe at this practice for around two decades! I have nothing but praise for the superb professionalism and service which I have received from Chris and all the practice staff. In addition to my routine ongoing NHS work I recently opted for some purely cosmetic private work involving white composite front teeth bonding. The skill applied in the remodelling process is amazing, the result is superb and the cost reasonable. I have complete faith here, and would hate to have to ever go anywhere else. I have had some ropey dentists earlier in my life. Chris at this practice is the best I ever had!

   I was recommended to a dentist at this practice, however after waiting several years I was told he was not going to take me on, even though I was unhappy with the dentist I had been seeing. I felt no care or empathy from this practice and would not recommend it. I was with my previous dentist for 28 years until he retired.
