Back to see Gagan. First time I saw him after being advised by another Dentist to have my last upper molar extracted due to difficult access for deep filling or RCT. Examined me very professionally explaining everything clearly including XR . He very competently inserted a filling. Very good result on review. Very skilled dedicated and friendly dentist. He has excellent assistants (Sam and Gina). Very happy with my experience there. Highly recommend this team
My wife had new dentures 18 months ago when the treatment was finished the top denture was loose. She was told to come back in 3 months, dentures still loose. She was told to come back in 12 months if they were not right then she would have to have a new set. She has now gone to another private bupa dentist who cannot believe the state of the dentures she has. They se to think the top dentures were not made for her. We have now got to pay for a new set of dentures.
A very nervous dental patient, long overdue a checkup and chances of an NHS dental appointment in the next year were slim to none. I couldn't be happier with the care I received from the initial phonecall, down to my examination with my new dentist. A kind, non judgemental approach and fully explained everything in detail. Excellent service, a well organised process of preliminary arrangement from the start. I felt confident on arrival that all “Covid 19’ safety measures were firmly in place and to a very high standard. The professionalism shown throughout my visit from everyone involved with the orchestration of this practice was exceptional, bravo! My Dentist ( Andy Pollard) was thorough, informative and engaging throughout my treatment, he had a professional but friendly rapport with his nurse which made for a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this practice for all your dentistry needs..
Great dental surgery with a very friendly approach, a sensibly conservative attitude to treatment (in our experience), carefully explained treatment options, and meticulous hygiene / infection control. Over the years, the dentists have always been there for us at short notice in emergencies too. The surgery has level access for wheelchair users and a pleasant waiting room too.
