Went to here for breakfast today and the customer service was excellent. We arrived a bit early before opening time, but they still let us in to sit down. The staff kindly explained where to find the sugar and sauces, and when I took out my laptop they even offered the WiFi details without me asking. The food was tasty and the hot chocolate was good too.

Service is very bad. We literally waited for half an hour for a tea and americano!! Then I got my tea with no saucer because the staff said they ran out of it!!! We were only 4 people in this cafe and they already didn’t have a saucer! Where did they expect me to put my tea bag and spoon?! and she put my spoon on this dirty/rusty table! We will never go back

Waitress didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Took a while to take our order. The food was nice, however very oily?? . Iced coffee was great. Restaurant was pretty dirty and finished dishes left on tables for over 30 minutes after customers leaving. Charged £1 extra for bacon in a sausage bap. £1 for a slice of dry bacon is a bit crazy and a bit tight.

Just ordered a tuna jacket with cheese. Less than a spoonful of tuna and can't see the cheese. Absolutely disgusting and will never return. £6.50 day light robbery

Fabulous place. Needed to kill an hour, stopped by for a cake and hot chocolate. Was worth every penny. Free WiFi available too, so was able to get on with some work. Staff were so friendly, it felt like being served by friends.
