   I recently purchased an Audi A3 from Goscote Services and can honestly say it was the best experience from start to finish. I found this car on-line and had many questions for Dan and Kyle when I enquired about it. Despite calling endlessly, nothing ever seemed to be a bother and all questions asked were answered honestly and to detail. I made a four-hour journey to buy the car based on information given and when I got there, I was NOT disappointed. Not only was the car everything I hoped it would be, but it was absolutely as described both on-line and verbally by Dan and Kyle. The attention to detail when proceeding with the sale and ensuring the car was okay for me to drive off the forecourt that day was faultless. I cannot recommend this garage highly enough and despite the distance I had to travel, would most certainly use them again.

   What a place! 5 stars all the way! I purchased my beautiful car from Goscote car sales Leicester back in June 24. The moment myself and my wife walked in we were greeted by Kyle and I have to say such a genuine guy who loves cars and clearly has extensive knowledge of what he does for a living, more importantly knows how to talk to his customers by just being himself. I’ve worked in sales for over 35 years so I’ve heard all the sales blur going and I just didn’t get it from this place. Customers just want to be treated with respect and know they get good value for money and the after-sales service will be there if needed. After 3 months unfortunately my car developed a fault and when I contacted the garage my car was booked in instantly to be checked out. After a few days I was contacted by Danny the business Manager who advised that he wanted my permission to take the car to a specialist to be diagnosed. It was a specialist too, I had visual videos sent to my phone of their findings and what repair was required. Danny kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and explained everything to me. My car was returned completely repaired and fully valeted all covered by the warranty and the garage. I don’t leave many reviews as most of the time these days it’s hard to get the quality of service you’d expect but Danny and Kyle deserve top marks. I will definitely buy again from this place because I trust them and that’s the best I can say.

   Really impressed with the way I was treated at Goscote Services, I called in on the off chance they could do a quick urgent job for me and they didn't disappoint. I was in and out in no time at all and the price was really reasonable too. The staff themselves were what really made it for me, the lady on the counter and the two gents I came across had a lovely friendly manner about them, they gave great advice and we're really informative while being friendly and personable at the same time. I've been in the village a year and never called in on them but now I am glad I have. Great Service, Great Staff.

   Just bought a Toyota Yaris from Goscote and just want to say how good and fair these Guys are. Despite having 8 months MOT they put it through again for the full 12 month ticket, then delivered it to us in Warwick as discussed. Recommend people to use if they have the car you want.
