   I couldn't recommend REO enough. We were visiting family in Leicester from The Netherlands and got a dent in our door with 3 days until our departure. Despite REO being really busy, Rob managed to squeeze us in and was incredible. In the end it couldn't be fixed in time but he did absolutely everything he could to try. Best service I've experienced!

   My car was booked in weeks in advance for bodywork. I called in the week before to confirm the booking and walk through the job with a technician. Today (Saturday) I received a call from the owner Rob stating that he needed to cancel the booking due to new ramps being fitted on Monday (the day the car was booked in). What a waste of time. He must have known these works were planned well in advance and chose to mess me about and waste my time instead. Fancy phoning a customer at the last minute cancelling. Very unprofessional and unreliable in my opinion.
