   Costa in departures not arrivals - Ordered a vegetarian toastie and a friend ordered one containing meat. Both went in the oven next to eachother and were removed with the same tong. I’m not overly picky as long as I’m not actually eating meat, however the member of staff stopped and looked at each one and gave us what I thought was the correct toastie. I narrowly missed a piece of ham when I took a bite. I wouldn’t trust this place to manage cross contamination if you have allergies. My second visit here and I’m under the impression that the staff need more training in both customer service and preparing the products. No issues with the quality of costa pre prepared food.

   Awful - arrived at 7.30pm and they were cleaning up and couldn’t serve any drinks. From reading some other reviews this may have been a blessing.

   It's comparable to any airport Costa/chain coffee shop, so I have no comments there - it is exactly what I expected. I made the mistake of trying to carry my food and luggage to a seat and dropped it en route. The staff could have easily ignored me and let me buy another, but a server rushed over to help and bought new food over to my table, despite being only one of a few on a busy service. Good people make all the difference when things go wrong!

   Not even trying, 10 pounds coffe looks like this?, under the foam a grey liquid w no flavour, watery, disgusting dirty water.. Last time going to Costa.

   Waited 10 mins for two teas and two muffins, when I asked the fellow about it again he seemed to think it had been done. When the girl who served me with the order and her attitude, she told me there was people before me. This was the people who I watched come to the counter and then leave. Even the woman who ordered the toast after me was served and gone. I'm afraid this young lady who was on the tea and coffee needs her attitude at home and remember I never asked for her obnoxious remarks with my £9.00 payment. Do Costa vet their employees or just employ any old ignoramusees.

   It's nice as every Costa around the world, good variety of drinks, good coffee, chai late is delicious, as well as the almond bake. However this Costa has not music, the barista who had to make our drinks was a lil bit asleep and forgot some stuff. I have visited better Costas, anyway, the experience was great.
