    Very disappointed with the service provided not the first time. Had appointment booked for myself and my daughter both on the same day different dentists both cancelled just days apart one cancelled on 26th November and one cancelled on the 29th November when asked why told both dentist are no longer here as have moved and waiting on new dentists and to ring back end of Jan. Its become very normal go habe you appointment cancelled q couple of days before or on the day. If you are aware your dentists are only working for 6 months something should be arranged for appointments that are booked in advance as its very hard to even get an appointment without it being canceleld

    After recently having a baby and having issues with one of my fillings I managed to get an appointment quickly to be seen. I attended the practise and all the staff that greeted and saw me (even when I was emotional after my dentist appointment) treated me with kindness and respect. Dr Hassan Moghul during my treatment was kind and compassionate and really took the time to ensure I was comfortable throughout whilst receiving my temporary filling. I was very anxious and emotional throughout the appointment but the dental nurse and Dr Moghul really made me feel at ease.

    I was extremely lucky to have had Paraskevi Glezou to do my check up and fix a recently broken tooth with a crown. Her care,thought and precision has been fabulous.so personable too! Ive never experienced such a gentle approach to dentistry even with private. Im so sad she's moving on(such a sad loss to this practice)

    Amazing dentist was so kind and friendly. One of the women on the reception think her name may of bene sharron older lady short bob wad extremely rude towards me. But the one with the long blonde hair took over and was very nice and helpful towards. Thank to her other wise I wouldn't of had the help I needed.

    (My last review seems to have disappeared so am adding a new one!) After being without a dentist for years, my teeth had accumulated a lot of issues. Dr Hassan Moghul got all of them fixed in good time with no problems! He is a wonderful dentist - calm, knowledgeable, reassuring and friendly. I often recommend him and will continue to do so!

    Having spent over 30 minutes on hold since opening, I was greeted with an exceptionally rude female receptionist. Having advised I was in pain and had swelling, I was told to call back tomorrow because the NHS dentist had called in sick! Before I could even reply, the receptionist put the phone down!! Have experienced this myself and reviewed other reviews, it would appear the Practice Manager needs a huge boot up the backside and to educate his/her staff with some basic customer service skills and to empower the word compassion.

    Absolute shambles of a practice since covid. They cancelled mine and my children's appointments in October 2020 and I've heard nothing about rearranging another, just an email to say they're working through patients. I rang yesterday to book my child in and was told the lovely dentist we used to have had left and I had to ring back in another 3 months before I could try make another appointment!

    They don’t deserve 1star, They have Absolutely horrendous service, I strongly advise NOT to register with this dentist. My sister missed one appointment and had to rearrange it due to an important hospital appointment that she had to attend to. Second appointment was made for her to only get a call after a week to be told that her 2nd appointment has been cancelled and she cannot be registered at this dentist. The woman she spoke to the so called receptionist had no manners, she was very rude and wouldn’t let her speak. You will be reported!!

    I had a very positive experience with the staff at My Dentist. The receptionists where polite helpful and full of smiles at all times which helps you to relax. The time I spent with the Dentist was a very nice experience he was very professional and very helpful, which put me at ease as I have a built in fear of Dentist’s. Pleasant experience D. McDonald

    So I had my first experience with My Dentist today for a check up as its been long overdue. The receptionist were friendly enough, there was plenty of seating in the waiting room and it was a very clean and well presented establishment. They sent me email and text reminders about the appointment which was great. The dentist I was seen by was called Higor I think, he was really friendly and helpful. He talked me through everything and answered all the questions I had. He showed me things inside my mouth he wanted to check and even showed me the Xrays. I left feeling confident there was no concerns to worry about and an overall pleasant experience.
