   Passed by this morning around 11am and to my dismay the doors were shut yet online it says the store is open. Went back 10 minutes later only to find 2 women who I believe are staff , on enquiring if the store was open they carried on smoking and after a minute of awkward silence one of the ladies responded we are now shut ! I certainly won't be returning to this particular branch

   Need more staff as only one woman on shift ...very dirty and messy needs a good clean though and stock up on the sugar table as it was empty ....toilets were atrocious dirty with no toilet roll soap and hand sanitizer....

   If I could give 0 stars I would. If you like a party and a rave, go to this Costa as the music is blaring from 7.30am to after 5pm and it consistently disrupts individuals surrounding the unit. It is consistent noise nuisance and when you kindly ask if the music can be turned down, you are met with an attitude and dismissiveness. Do not reccomend. Go elsewhere for your coffee.

   I had a great experience during my visit. The barista was helpful and friendly, the food was great and as expected. Prices are high compared to other places, but that's Costa for you. I visited in the morning so it wasn't busy, a good quiet environment. Would visit again.

   The customer service was not too bad, but my main issue was the WC as in toilets facilities to use them we have to tap in some numbers bottom of receipt, i had to ask someone as i couldn't see them without my reading glasses, anyway the toilets were unhygienic, with urine on the seat, floor was not clean, i will most certainly not be going in costa again.

   Being a bit of a Costa fan I visit many various outlets. On this occasion I have to highly commend this store and its staff led by Tom and assisted by James, Rob and Brian for their excellent customer service and interaction. They communicate with their customers as if they are friends rather than customers. As soon as I walked in today James instantly remembered what I had last time! There is no corporate type chat just good old down to earth genuine chat, oh and excellent coffee of course! Well done guys.
