   Went in to see them as the clutch had gone on the car, they were very helpful and gave us a price for the job there and then. Although it was almost Easter they said if we could leave the car there they would sort it as soon as possible. Phoned on the Tuesday morning, straight after Easter, to let us know it needed a new cable too and the cost. Within 2 days we had a call to say the job was completed and we collected the car. Great Service. Thank you..

   Rude old owner/worker, the condescending type you know. Gives you an ultimatum on the work to carry out..accept it or leave it attitude. Walks off whilst you are talking but turns to you when asking for payment! Overall a nice location and clean garage, just a grumpy ol fella to deal with.

   Visited this garage the other day as I had some problem with my tyre and really needed it sorting, I wasn’t sure if that was something they do but thought I’d go and ask . As I walked in the old Asian man stood there with an absolute face on. I asked if they sorted tyres. He then replied with no, go try another place there’s one down the road. I told him I’d just been there . He then shrugged his shoulders and said well I can’t help you in a very rude tone and started walking off . At the end of the day customer service is extremely important in business, if you’re going to have an attitude and a face on you’re not going to have much business. I’d give it a zero star rating if I could not even worth the one star I’ve given.

   I went to this garage after seeing its reviews. I was having problems with starting the car in the mornings. I left the car with the mechanic at 1.30 pm and he phoned me at around 3 pm saying that my 3 of my glow plugs didn’t work. Before I had even said anything he continued to say that he had already ordered the plugs without consulting me first. I felt pressured and agreed for him to change them. He proceeded to tell me it would cost me £130 cash and £156 with VAT. It made more sense to agree to the latter as I was already paying an arm and a leg. Although the problem with the car seems to be rectified my problem is that he over charged. Because he saw I am a woman, I think he saw an opportunity to make more money. I found later on that the cost of 3 plugs would be around £50. So that means he charged £80 just to fit them in which is quite an easy job for a mechanic. That is why I've left 2 stars, although he did the job satisfactorily he saw a fool like me coming.

   I really can’t fault this garage. I’ve had a few different things needed attention and I can’t fault any of the work and never over-charged. If they can help you, they will. They are as good as their word.

   Extremely helpful My car window suddenly dropped and wouldn't work . They fixed it for me to make it safe over the weekend and asked me to bring the car on Monday for a permanent fix. Excellent service on a short noticemail. Many thanks
