   Usually we have a good experience in this branch but on the last visit we were disappointed of the service, the person who served us couldn’t make the coffees as they should and after we asked them to make it right they have said no “take it or leave it “ the lady said. That was a shock to hear. 25/11/2022

   Good standard of service. Staff informed us when we were in the queue about them being shorthanded, so we can make informed choice whether we want to continue to queue or not. The cafe itself is very spacious. So, we can comfortable sit and wait for our order.

I stopped going in until recently refurbished. Went in to see the newly done decor but sadly the flies issue wasnt resolved. Not as bad as before but enough to put me off.

   I ordered a medium cappuccino, but what I got was a Luke warm cup of hot milk with no coffee taste whatsoever, it was pure white, no heart & soul was put into this drink, the staff were too busy talking amongst themselves, they had no excuse as the cafe was quiet, I never even got a smile, just abruptness! The cafe itself is very nice, even the tables were clean, but I will never return here again as i did want a cake also, but when the staff finally stopped talking, i lost interest, I wish now I'd of tried one of the other Costa's as I passed at least two on my way to this one. As I am writing this review, my cup was snatched off the table, when I hadn't even finished, talk about rudeness of these staff!
