RSJ did my annual service for me. The staff are very friendly and are quick to put you at ease. Not only was my car running smoothly after the service but they did a great job of explaining in layman's terms what they addressed and what I could do to maintain it. Will definitely be going back to them next year!
Super friendly and helpful, explained everything clearly. My old car needed a fair bit of work to get a clear ticket on it's MOT last year, sailed through this year's with just a light bulb change.

The Heater in my car stopped working took it RSJ Motors - Diagnosis Cost me £40 & they said maybe it's the whole heater part Dealership Cost £1250 WOW. Luckly took my car to my Auto-Electrican friend turns out to be a simple wiring issue cost me £25 so their Diagnosis was So Wrong. They Never Offered the £40 Refund. ALWAYS GET SECOND OPTION MOTORISTS!
Excellent Service from the lads here at RSJ. Drove in on a Sunday morning with a puncture in my rear tyre. After being told by Mr Tyre and Kwik Fit they couldn't get me in until Monday and would probably need to buy a whole new tyre!! The lads got to work right away, taken great care with the Vehicle. They repaired the puncture properly and it has held pressure perfectly since. Saved me £££'s, thanks again!!
RSJ Auto's provided with a road diagnostic that included both drive chain and electronic control units live diagnostics. After meeting with different garages I can confirm that they are truly expert!! I had a lovely customer service. They assessed my car properly and took the time to explain it all to me. I couldn't recommend it more! I know now where to go if I have an issue with my car or even a simple question, thank you RSJ Auto's!!!
Visited them for the 1st time for my MOT. Quick and easy. Did my first service here for my BMW. Sorted out a problem, that another garage had created. Excellent guys on the car, starting with the owner Ranjeet. Efficient, transparent, courteous and full of information.
It has to be FIVE stars......I had driven half way into a 350 mile journey and as I approached saffron lane Leicester I heard a loud bang under the car followed with the sound of metal dragging on the road, on inspection I found a heat shield had come loose above the exhaust...fortunately RSJ AUTOS were located just around the corner, the boss fitted me in even though they were very busy with pre booked vehicles, and within minutes had inspected the car, removed the shield put it in the boot, and said all done sir you will be able to continue the journey..there is no charge enjoy the rest of the day.. that's what I call fantastic customer service. I now use the garage whenever I am in the area and my car requires attention. It's now booked in for a replacement clutch and rear shocks, this follows on from tracking, door hinge. And an MOT. all priced very competitively and completed on time.
Ranj and his team are some of the best mechanics you will come across. Their work is top class; everything is done to a high standard and for a more than fair price. It's really refreshing to come across a garage that do good work for a fair price these days. Would recommend to all!
