Had a car key replaced by another company last week and after having 2 appointments with them eventually they said it wasn't they're fault and that the CAS was damaged on my car, however had Michael attending today, informed me that the CAS was actually corrupted by the other mechanics who tried to do the key and that there was nothing wrong with it, therefore reinstalled the key update the software and car was like new , brilliant mechanic fair prices can't complain , i would recommend

Friendly staff who fitted me in to see to my air conditioning very quickly. Good service. Have now booked my wife's car to be looked at due to them looking after needing well.
It wasn't the best experience for me at all. They did the job eventually. And I have to admit that they are good mechanics with experience and they know what to do. But, communication was the main issue. They were constantly moving the deadlines and at the end of the day my car was stack for two days and work was done in last 3 hours. I couldn't relay on what they said. They told me several times that they will call me, but they didn't. I had to came and call there several times, till it was done. So if you want to use their services, don't let the car there, just bring it and wait till its ready. And the last thing was price, which is hard to tell because I am not in the business but I consider 120£ (40 for ball joint, rest for work and spark plugs were my own) little bit to much, but it's possible that I'm wrong. Maybe after all of that I expect some discount or something.
