   Been using these for years, if the item you want isn't in stock they will try and get it same day, or on next day delivery, they are very helpful and ho out there way to get what you need. I love using car parts centre and recommend anyone to there.

   I wouldn't even be giving them one star if i didn't have to. I brought some gearbox oil from them they sed its the right grade for the vehicle but when ask Vauxhall they sed thats the wrong grade so whent back to get a refund but they were very rude and sed ive already told you and ill you again ower system says thats the right oil very disappointed would never ues again please stay a way

   I wouldnt even give a one star tbh. They're absolutely mannerless and disrespectful. Disgraceful customer service. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. I just asked for the price of an item and said I'll be back as just checking else where, the response I get back is "just do me a favour and go to the other places and dont come here, you'll find it better elsewhere, don't bother coming here" Awful experience. Avoid at all costs! (Note to owners: don't ask me to come and verify this or prove that this happened. Or dont start saying this is a fake review. You clearly are aware yourself that you speak to some customers like this. Just because your in a bad mood, doesnt mean you speak like this to a member of the public. When I spoke to the receptionist I spoke very gently and with a smile on my face but the response I got as above was horrible) New/Update: And nope it's not a 50p item. It's a Suspension Arm/wishbone I was enquiring about.

   Very friendly place, shop floor has a good selection of consumables and accessories such as paints, cleaning products and oil. The guys at the counter were well informed and got the parts I needed very quickly. The prices are reasonable and pretty much on par with (if not cheaper than) other major part stores. Only slight problem I have is that the website is tricky to navigate and search for parts, but the best thing to do is call!
