   Hi Good Morning, Before 15 mints i get a threading service from your salon , i don't know the staff name but she is short height girl and making a bun i told her when she start threading that don't make my eyebrow thin but still she make my eyebrow too thin and this not the first time i experienced this its my second time .. I came after two months with proper growth of my eyebrow but she remove all the hairs make them too thin its unexpected from you guys seriously two times i face this how unresponsible she is..Never came back...

   I recently visited and got my facial and eyebrows done by Anna, and she did an amazing job! She is very skilled, gentle, and professional in her work. My skin felt so refreshed after the facial, and my eyebrows were shaped perfectly. Anna also made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.    Wonderful Facial and Pedicure by Iqra and Kuldeep! I had an amazing experience at the eyebrow parlour thanks to Iqra and Kuldeep. Iqra gave me a fantastic facial that left my skin glowing and refreshed. she was so gentle and professional, tailoring the treatment perfectly to my skin. Kuldeep’s pedicure was just as incredible! She was thorough and precise, leaving my feet feeling soft, smooth, and completely rejuvenated. Both ladies were friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about their work. I felt so relaxed and well cared for. I highly recommend booking with Iqra and Kuldeep;they’re brilliant.

   I regularly visit the salon to get my eye brows & waxing done. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The new girl that did my threading was very nice & polite, her threading was off very high quality and more importantly totally painless, which I was so impressed with I had to leave her a tip. Overall every time I visit it’s a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to get any work done.

   Brow art Bradford is a amazing salon. The management are such lovely people, staff are so polite and professional. They always manage to book me in and I never have a problem getting a appointment. The service is great by making sure they provide you with the best service. If you are looking Facials, massage and threading then they are brill. Definitely go visit them.

   Not Happy booked an appointment over the phone. 3rd time booking for eye lash. I was told to come in at 9:30 got there at 940 as they tend to be late running. I was taken to consultantation room. Laid in there for 15-20 min only to be told that I should have said I needed a refill as this would take longer than usual full lash. She then said she had other clients to see and my lashes would take too long. Devastated as I had booked my appointment and was being told another customer would take precedence. This is annoying as I work 5 days a week and this was my only day off. I had to get up super early to get to town and I was not even rebooked. Not sure if it is a racial think but i was left feeling disappointed. and disrespected i will never use this service again
