Shezina was absolutely fantastic. Did an amazing job with my brows, cheeks and wouldn’t go to anyone else. Her eye for attention to detail and customer care is second to none. Highly recommend.
I was really excited for my first set of eyelash extensions, but my experience here was disappointing. The technician was very sweet and friendly, but a few things went wrong. During the application, I mentioned that the glue was burning my eyes. I was told this was normal and that every client experiences it, so I trusted the process. However, a friend who regularly gets extensions informed me that burning is not normal and that a patch test should have been performed to check for allergies. After leaving, the lashes felt extremely heavy and uncomfortable. After 10 minutes I noticed that they were scratching my waterline everytime I squeezed my eye's shut. I got these done 3 days ago and lost loads already even though I had been told they last 2 weeks if taken care of properly which I took her advice and bought some spoolies. I've had to remove the rest myself, as they were causing irritation and I had half lashes on one eye. It's a real shame because the initial look of the lashes was quite pretty, but the application and aftermath were poor. I will not be returning.
Did my makeup yesterday and I absolutely loved how it turned out! It looked fresh, blended beautifully, and really made me feel confident. I highly recommend trying this kind of look—simple, glowing, and so flattering! I am so happy and definitely choose you again and again ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Very quick and efficient service. Usually quiet in the morning. I was there for literally 5 mins last Friday morning and had my eyebrows done without a wait.
AWFUL!! My first experience was terrible, i came out with several deep cuts and I am not happy as I felt she was threading a bunch at a time and definitely wouldn’t recommend for a first time!
