    I visited today for a haircut and was really disappointed with the customer service provided by the junior stylist, Sarah. I wasn’t offered any tea or coffee, and although I explained that I wanted a style inspired by an image rather than an exact copy, I was only told after the haircut that the fringe I wanted could actually have been achieved. I hope this experience serves as a learning opportunity for Sarah, as taking the time to listen and provide good customer care is essential for anyone hoping to become a successful stylist. More than anything, I hope this helps her grow in her role.

    Lovely wash cut and blow dry today. Love the cut and finish but I also love the fact that I told cassie I was tired ans clearly not up for a chat so no conversation was forced I was able to just sit and relax with my latte and biscof biscuit while Cassie worked her magic. Thank you Xxx

    Fantastic service from start to finish. Me and daughter went on a sunday for a wash cut and blow dry, our appoitment was on time and the attention to detail on the finish was amazing . Products and hair texture problems was clearly explained to me and i felt the stylest really understood my needs and took the time to explain solutions. Will most definitely be going back.     Always a warm welcome, it’s a very friendly environment. Ash tamed my hair from a lion’s mane into a style that I’m very happy with. Also gave some great advice without it being a sales pitch for products, which some places in the past have done.

    I LOVE this salon and highly recommend it to anyone that wants their hair sorting in whichever way! The staff are so welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. After moving to Bradford and visiting this salon- I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve always had great results with my hair and haven’t had to pay an arm or a leg for it either! The fact that they also offer a separate section upstairs for females (if needs be) just shows how well they look after their customers and how serious they are when it comes to offering a full on, decent salon experience for all their customers. 11 out of 10 without a doubt!! :)
