   First of all I wish I can give zero star. Had my wax appointment. Due to no visible sign I was unable to locate the place which made me 5 minutes late. Upon calling to ask instruction lady was rude and instead of telling unit number she asked us to go to reception. On arrival, zero and uprofessional customer services start with no smiling greeting instead I have been told that she cant give me full services because I was 5 minutes due to no visible sign post While giving me services, there was unprofessional attitude and body languge and demonstrated aggressive actions. Facial expression were rude and unprofessional through out my stay in Bodyzone which put me in self guilt with no rhyme and reason Most importantly to mention here that place was dirty,unhyginic ,had nasty smell and lacK of basic amenities like no hook to hang my stuff. No particular changong area. Unfortunatelly, walls were stained and floor was dirty and sticky. Not a single intention to visit again

   Thought I would try this place as my usually place is a bit far! I would NOT recommend this place at all! The lady (tall, black hair) was rude and blunt. The way she wax was honestly borderline rough and way to quick; it wasn’t efficient but aggressive. I felt she really did not want me to be there and asking me to turn to each side was annoying her. I was really uncomfortable. Getting changed I notice how dirty the room and floor was. I would never come back and safe to say I will pay far more and travel further to my usual place in the future.

   Staff was rude and quality of service very poor. I have never experienced anyone perform a wax so quickly and aggressively without even paying attention to what they were doing. I am surprised this place is allowed to run with such low hygienic standards. The rooms look filthy and even the towels on the beds look like they need a good wash.
