Got my nails done here and they were so good at making sure they were exactly how I wanted every step of the way. Felt welcome here, nice atmosphere, highly recommend!

Great service, went in with a design and excelled my expectations. I am extremely happy with the end result. Staff were polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend especially if you are wanting a hand design.

AVOID…. Would give 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend. Never felt so compelled to write a review - not sure how this place is still in business or even has any good reviews. Walked in yesterday 11th Dec at 10am for a simple manicure with polish (£20) for my birthday. Firstly, the rude Asian lady obviously woke up on the wrong side of the bed as she had a bad attitude problem and always has when I come. My nails were already clipped right back, so I’m not sure why they didn't advise me to just pay for polish (£10). There was absolutely no ‘manicure’ service. The place is unhygienic even first thing in the morning. The tools are unsterile and pulled out from the drawers. I asked for white polish, but was told they had ran out. Suddenly a bottle was found in their ancient and expired nail polish archives. The treasure box is unorganized and unprofessional for a nail salon; I wouldn’t even give that to a pre-teen girl. I sat there in horror as I watched the nail tech struggle to open the crusty bottle. He then proceeds to start painting my nails without removing the dust or applying a base coat. The white polish came out lumpy. He kept removing his work and starting again until I spoke up to the receptionist to say this isn’t working as it’s too thick. 2 men scrambled to try and find paint thinner but instead used acetone to dilute the polish 3 times. The technician left random nails with differing number of coats and finished off the rest of my nails with the now, too thin, streaky white polish. When he put the dryer on, old dust blew onto the wet top coat causing it to stick. A nightmare from start to finish!!! Lastly, on my way out the receptionist asked how my experience was. I was honest in telling her “I wouldn’t even pay a tenner for that” and showed her my nails. She apologized and offered to put another white coat on top but I reiterated it was my birthday and I am now running late for my plans due to the faffing around for over an hour. I told her “I will not be returning”. I WAS STILL CHARGED A FULL £20 CASH. No gesture of goodwill, no nothing. My nails have already flaked because of the acetone blend and turned beige!? Please don’t make the same mistake as me in coming to Spabreak BD2.

Not worth the money they do not work down to the nail bed resulting in the acrylics not lasting as long as they should

Shocking service they make you feel very uncomfortable speaking in their own language never once speak to you only to ask you for your cash ! Can’t even speak to you to ask you to pass them your foot they just tap you leg and point to where they want you to move it ! Shop is very dirty and unhygienic

I will not use Spa Break again. Absolutely ruined my nails. The lady who did them was rough when using equipment and she has just about scraped all my nails off. I have just been left with a thin layer of nail and my fingers are red and sore underneath with the nerves being very sensitive. I wouldn't of known this if I hadn't decided to have a two week break in between.
