   salon is great, angel that works here is really a piece of work! not welcoming, doesn’t say hi when you enter or ask how you’ve been. i use to joke that after 3months she still didn’t know my name, she answered calls where she/her family are ‘beefing’ people during appointment and spends around 10-15 mins each appointment on her phone replying to people she’s just out right unprofessional and rude and i’m sure most of her clientele just go out of convenience as i did. i think most people would agree lashes are a luxury beauty service and what angel offers is far from luxury, i ended up leaving her due to an issue with a set (images below) clearly it is not what i asked for rather then fixing the set she charged me full price and said the only possible solution was to remove them and book in for a new style set (which i was expected to then pay full price for) all while belittling me online claiming ‘the lashes weren’t good enough for me’, i was ‘picking at her’ and ‘she’s been lashes 4 years, she knows how to place a lash’ HA! since leaving i’ve met 4 different girls that have said the same thing as well as 2 service providers so clearly im not the issue, she has earned a name for herself! the fact that you’re allowed to teach other women your poor quality of service should be illegal! What i asked for vs what i received

   Not sure if I'll be back as I only had henna on 2 days ago and it as already come off, I could of just got a tint and saved myself £20.
