   Popped into herald way garage today to get a quote on a service the lady on reception was extremely rude she needs to learn how to deal with general public and customers the quote they gave me for the service was absolutely ridiculous pure rip off. After speaking to another garage they gave me a quote half the price that they did COMPLETE RIP OFF DO NOT USE

   After having the catalytic converter cut off my car and ringing over 10 garages for a quote this was the only garage that rang me back. The lady in the office was prompt in ringing me back and put me at ease I was frantic as needed my vehicle sorted as travelling to rugby everyday. She gave me a quote and I booked it in . Dropped it off the next morning but more parts were needed to be ordered as where they had cut the cat, most of the pipe work and the back box . She rang to inform me immediately to see if I still wanted the work doing as more money of course I did I needed my car and the insurance were going to scrap it . Picked it up tonight and so chuffed to have it back and have my independence. Customer service was amazing … what a brilliant garage and will always go there again… Thank u Heraldway Garage you are lifesavers to me Xx
