   Booking system is a rip off, you book and have to pay a fee, the booking time is not honoured and you sit around for ages with nothing happening. So I paid for something I didn’t get, no apology, no refund! The workmanship was poor which left the car with safety issues. There are plenty of other tyre places, use them go to Trust Pilot and see their reviews, my experience is not an isolated incident, wish I’d read the reviews first!

   Had my car MOT’d at Halfords and also had a new battery fitted. The staff were great – really friendly, helpful and kept me updated throughout. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and made the whole experience much easier. Everything was done quickly and professionally. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend!

   I had a very good experience at Halfords on Aylestone Rd after experiencing a puncture the night before. I was able to get an appointment for a replacement tyre very quickly. I wasn’t kept waiting. Staff were polite and very helpful. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to others.
