   DONT BUY CAR HERE. they will rip you off and tell you the car is in great condition. they will block you and will not respond to you once you have paid for the car if you have issues with it......coolant leaking everywhere, drivers door central locking does not work, BOTH radiator fans do not work, split boost pipe. they put 5 liters of water in the boot (on the sly) because they knew the car was leaking!...it wasn't in their when i looked in the car at the viewing. . .they claim they are an AA Approved dealership yet they do not follow AA code of practice and are not on the list of approved AA bdealers on the AA website so its a scam. ive sent countless emails and messages,...been blocked by all. a dealer has 30 days from purchase to respond and sort out problems but they arnt... they also said their mechanic checked the car over first (is he blind)... my local mechanic found all these problems in around 10 minutes. ill make sure this gets seen by everyone simonas. also a few 5 star reviews are from their facebook friends as i found them on there. they claim car had timing belt change at 80k ..i asked of proof,reciepts etc ,,they said no... the previous owners told me.....ive managed to get timing belt checked today and its old and perishing, so that will now cost me a fair few hundred to replace. when i checked car at garage i checked the spare tyre and it was flat, asked them to pump it up and they did...only to return home to find it flat again so that has a puncture. shows they dont check the car over or if they do then they lie about it.... UPDATEEEEEEEEEE. when having the car repaired it cost me a GRAND. the egr cooler had been bypasssed..fumes under bonnnet and filling up the inside of the car. cost me a ****** grand. also the steering sensor light did not go out..got replaced... and can only be coded by volkswagen specialist which will cost £100. ALSO i mentioned the spare tyre going flat...all the tyres went flat because the rims had not been cleaned and prepped properly before the new tyres were fitteed.15£ per wheel... currently going through small claims court service

   Absolutely shocking! My son collected a Volkswagen Passat on Sunday 17th December 2023 trusting the friendly smile and demeanour of Alex. It turns out the car is a complete disaster, coolant leaking everywhere, drivers door not locking , all attempts to contact for a refund have fallen on deaf ears, no responses to emails or phone calls or text messages Avoid this farce of a dealership like the plague Claims to be AA Accredited , I am now going to consumer rights, Trading Standards and the AS to complain and seek a refund!

   As soon as they get the confirmation from you, they will sell the vehicle to another customer without even notifying you. Unethical practice, doesn't recommend. All the 5 stars they have might be from their own people.

   I’ve had my Audi for nearly 2 weeks now and I have never been happier, Diplomat auto sale helped me by answering all my questions and I even upgraded my warranty to absolute cover for £299 and they gave me 3 month extra warranty free of charge. As I have a busy work schedule they also delivered it to my door with no trouble at all. I did have a fault with my electric window I rang alex and he dealt with it professionally I took it to my local garage and the warranty paid for it. alex is a brilliant salesman who advised me to upgrade my warranty the best thing I’ve done.
