A great a friendly garage. You never think they are trying to find work to do on the car. Allways helpful and wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
I cannot recommend Autocasa enough. It’s always a pleasure taking my car there as The customer service I receive from Enzo & Antonia is second to none. The quality of Enzo’s work is exceptional and it’s reassuring to know my car is in the hands of one of the industry’s finest!
Nice environment in the waiting room. Polite reception Sparkling clean everywhere, even in the garage itself. This is very important and makes a positive impact with customers Expect the quality of service to be very high. Do not expect it to be very cheap and therefore dodgy. They set their own high standards and in return you get peace of mind. It is, however, cheaper than the main dealers. Personally, I trust both, my 24 year old Alfa 156 plus the 4WD Ford Kuga with them.
Quite simply the best place to bring your Alfa. For a garage that is as passionate about the brand as you are, you won’t receive better care anywhere else. Enzo is a genius and Antonia ensures everything runs smoothly. I’d give six stars if I could.
I can't recommend Autocasa highly enough! My Alfa needed some pretty major repairs and their service was top notch. Antonia, Enzo and Charlie are lovely people and kept me informed about everything at all times, taking the time to explain all the repairs done and extra bits that will need doing in the future. They are truly passionate about what they do and I've used their services several times recently. I won't take my Alfa anywhere else now because these guys are the only ones I trust! Simply the Best, since discovering Autocasa I would not take my Alfa Brera anywhere else, Enzo, Charlie, and Antonia, look after the car as if it were there own and always give honest sensible advice regarding any works Fair prices and an excellent service. I bought a second-hand car which after having a closer inspection it turned out to be a death trap. Enzo showed me all the things wrong with the car and gave me before and after pictures of the work carried out. Absolutely fantastic service at a very reasonable price. Really friendly staff. Best experience I have ever had with maintenance of a vehicle. Top quality service, they talk you through everything they've done to the vehicle and walk you through any issues they have found. You can tell they are passionate and very knowledgeable about their cars. I am so happy I found this place and will be using them for the foreseeable future.
Very passionately run and a hugely hospitable team. My daughter and I got a tour of the workshop and the cars and then I was taken through all the work done on mine. Thank you so much for turning a service and Mot into a great experience. My daughter loved it, especially the complimentary milk (and I loved the espresso) ! We will be back!
