   Absolutely rude door staff, asked to enter the bar at 9pm on Sunday 7th Dec. Refused entry as I wasn’t in a group! Totally sober and just wanted to enjoy the atmosphere. Never ever been refused entry.

   Had an amazing night in Kewi’s that took a turn for the worse when 3 of our coats got taken. The staff especially Chris (manager) and Mo (security) could not have been more helpful and lovely. Chris tracked down the thieves through the CCTV and found out they were in Pop World and went to retrieve them off them and returned them to us. We are so grateful for their effort and support throughout the night. Thank you we will definitely be back!

   I’ve travelled extensively around the world, from the US and Canada to Israel, Jordan, Egypt, and across the UK in cities like London, Manchester and Sheffield. Nowhere have I ever been treated as poorly as in this place. The staff’s behaviour was not only rude but also clearly discriminatory. It’s deeply disappointing, especially in a country I’ve always appreciated. By far the worst welcome I’ve ever experienced anywhere, and definitely not a place I would recommend.

   If I could give less than 1 star I actually would !! Shocking visit with my boyfriend on Friday night. He was sat on his own, on his phone whilst waiting for me to come out of the toilet and got approached by security and told to leave. On asking why, he then has numerous security staff drag him out breaking his watch and loosing his phone while I was oblivious as I was still in the toilet. Apparently he was drunk??. Which yea we both were along with the majority of people in the bar, but he was sat on his own not causing any problems to anyone else. Absolutely, shocking behaviour from security and will never visit again!

   I've been going to kiwi for over 20 years with no problem, friends and I love the place but tonight on s Thursday I was refused entry to an empty bar because I was by myself.. really!! I don't get it why would one person policy be a NO NO. By the way I'd only had 2 beers before

   The female bouncer has an awful attitude. She refused us 4 women in our 40’s entry last night when we queried the £5 entry which was at 8pm. We have never paid to go in that early and we’ve been coming to kiwis for years! She’s an embarrassment to the place…

   Head bouncer lady on door has horrendous attitude.. we have been coming to kiwis for decades. We are 3 women in our 40's. Just because our friend did know where the queue was she declared her too drunk to enter premise. We have never been so annoyed and embarrassed in our life. There was no reasoning with her.. really you need to check your staff. Disgusted
