A quietest Thursday afternoon, non-surprisingly, not much in the way of atmosphere. Friendly waiter obliged with an amendment to the menu and the food came in a timely manner. It was fresh, appetising and very tasty. Would recommend visiting the pub, which is under new management.
Food was amazing! Portion sizes not the biggest but that's not a bad thing as taste and quality excellent. Prices are reasonable and you can always add a side. Plus allows room for starters or pudding! Service and atmosphere friendly and welcoming.
I'm so glad the Nut Tree has reopened! We had a Sunday Roast there since reopening and it was delicious. The best roast we have had in years! The prices are good and service is great. The pub itself is a beautiful building. My favourite pub in the area.
Absolutely brilliant, perfectly positioned, awesomely lovely little place. Really happy the nut tree has been reopened by the owners of another brillaint place in the centre of weston. This company know how to run a pub, that's for sure. We visited lunch time on the Monday after the weekend of reopening and it was like they never shut - but better. The classic burger is lush. Smash it down and stuff it in your gob but I went for the additional patty for £2 and I don't think I'll be eating again till Christmas. The Mrs had gluten free fish and chips and it was mazeballz. £53 for that, 2 pints of neck oil and a pino grigio not to mention the perfect surrounding and calming atmosphere. Just lovely.
What a great place to eat. The food was outstanding. The Sunday dinner was the best I have eaten out for a long time. Such a variety of veg supplied. The Eaton Mess was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also gave our dogs water and biscuits. It's such a shame we live so far away. Will definitely go again on our next visit to Weston.

We are local to the Nut Tree, and we love it. The food is always good and the service is wonderful. Tonight, we sat by the fire and just had a few things to share as we were not overly hungry. They are so accommodating, I would highly recommend.
First visit here whilst staying in the area. Great choice! Fantastic tasty food, superbly cooked and presented. Lovely waiting staff too. A great evening for all 4 of us.
After a recommendation we booked a table for 9 people here. Initially service was good with the table arranged and drinks swiftly served to the table correctly with a good selection of ales and beers on tap as well as gin selection. Starters and mains were ordered at the same time. Starters were of good quality and portion with the the mussels however being a little on the salty side of things. The mains were sadly a different story. Out of the 9 meals very few were enjoyable. Belly pork was dry and meal not fully eaten, gammon over cooked, battered fish was so hard the knife wouldn't cut it. We also ordered the lamb rump which was listed with a mint and mustard crust. This wasn't the case. The mint and mustard was in a paste form which was spread across the meat like butter and then melted over all the veg the meat was sat on. The fish and lamb were sent back, however the lamb took over 30 minutes to be redone. The waitress was a little sarcastic and chatted back about any comments made on meals making it awkward and pointless to say anything more about them Second order of drinks was only for half the table and simple but was incorrect on delivery. Poor service and poor food.
