   disappointing experience almost everytime. went in and asked for a particular cut, they did it wrong. then showed a video, and still ended up not getting the correct cut. how can a taper fade not have any sort of fade in the end product? went and asked if they’d fade it properly, they start shouting and swearing at us saying my partner was in the wrong for not showing a video right at the start.

   I have been coming to these guys for the last 10 years. Always efficient, always friendly and always a quality trim. As a mixed race guy it’s hard to find a barbers who know how to properly cut my hair. These guys are experts. You know it’s good when you recommend to 3 friends and they all now won’t go elsewhere.    I visited a barber shop with high hopes after reading positive reviews online, however, I was left feeling extremely dissatisfied with the service. The haircut I received was done poorly and unevenly. Upon pointing this out to the barber, I was met with a dismissive response implying that my hair was the issue, not their work. I found this to be quite offensive. Despite my disappointment, I chose to remain silent, paid for the service, and made the decision to never return. I would advise against being swayed by their seemingly flawless 5-star reviews, as I suspect they may not be genuine.

   Very rude barber told him to shape up my beard and he starts talking to me in a rude and disgusting manner other than that he did an alright job but really he needs to grow up UNACCEPTABLE!!! Also I asked him if they do hair curls and he goes to me go to a salon but on there services it says they do hair curls I'm disappointed...

   First time use and the barber was professional, straight to the point and got the trim bang on. Place is clean, hygienic and I would definitely recommend for a beard trim and shape up. I've only ever been back to 3 barbers in my life (I'm 35) and this is going to be the 4th.
