Staff are really friendly. Made me feel very welcome. Lindsey was great. Made me feel very comfortable and listened and gave advice. My hair feels so much better. And looks great.

I go to Stylistic for my hair doing by Kelly and its always such a lovely experience going in. All the stylists are friendly and welcoming and Kelly does such a wonderful job with my hair. The salon itself is modern, tidy and clean.
Very bad customer service you’re often left waiting for a while until someone comes to u, I wanted to dye my hair but they refused because I told them I had henna In my hair 2 YEARS AGO! I was never told anything over the phone when I made the appointment, they then said they’ll take a strand test and get back, it’s been 2 wks now and no phone call was made to me, I tried to ring and no answer, I’ve been to the salon 4/5 times being a regular customer at this stage you’d think they would have the decency to atleast call.. anyway won’t be going to them again? I definitely wouldn’t recommend
A wet cut on their website is £10 so I booked , when I got in the shop their price for a wet cut said £15. When I went to pay they charged me £20! That is a 100% increase on what they have on their website. I'm new to the area and needed to find a new beauty salon but I cancelled my microdermabrasion appointment and will not be returning to this rip off salon
