As a long term customer of Premier Paint Guard I have always found them prompt, reliable, professional and clear in their dealings with me. Whether it’s on the phone, via the website or in person, I have found I can rely on a consistently great experience. The products I’ve bought and used, over the last four years, have always been of top quality. The most recent purchase has done nothing to dissuade me from this good opinion. Thank you. Looking forward to doing more future business with you.

Having recently interacted with Premier Paint Guard, I must admit I was left utterly disappointed and exasperated by their lack of transparency and unprofessionalism. I initially reached out to them after perusing their website for Paint Protection Film (PPF). The website seemed decent and encouraged potential buyers to contact them for additional sizes not listed. Finding this an appealing option, I did just that, seeking information regarding a full roll of Suntek PPF. They were prompt enough to email back with a price quote, which I found reasonable. Happy with the proposed figure, I proceeded to call them to confirm the price and my willingness to purchase. Later that day, I received a follow-up email stating they couldn't process my order as "Suntek doesn't like them selling on to others". This took me by surprise, especially considering they had initially quoted me a price and Suntek PPF was openly advertised on their website! This back-and-forth ordeal has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The blatant display of false advertising and inconsistency in their operations is not only unprofessional but also undermines the trust potential customers might have had. Why would Premier Paint Guard quote a price, advertise a product on their website, and then refuse to sell it citing reasons that should have been made clear upfront? This inconsistency is not good business practice and only serves to frustrate and turn away potential customers. All in all, if you value transparency, reliability, and hassle-free service, I recommend you take your business elsewhere. Premier Paint Guard clearly has much to improve in their customer service and business ethics. Update: Dave, I appreciate your response, but it appears you have not read my review. My issue isn't about discounts but rather your service's inconsistency. After providing a price to me and accepting my order for a full roll of Suntek PPF, you later retracted it for reasons that should've been stated upfront. I have voiced my experience in the above Google review, which I encourage you to read for better understanding. This isn't about securing better deals, it's about trust and reliability.

Have worked with Premier Paint Guard for several years now. Always been very impressed with their quality and service. Wouldn't recommend anyone else. Probably the reason why they get to work on the prestigious cars they do.

Firstly, Dave from Premier Paint Guard was extremely helpful and supportive regarding my queries relating to the Paint Protection options for a Caterham 7. Dave clearly knows his products and services well and I found the prices for the products and costs for visiting my car to professionally fit to be of great value. Email correspondence was prompt and with all the info required. I originally ordered some wheel arch sections and application kit which were well packaged and received promptly with good, clear and concise instructions. However, due to other unplanned commitments I was not able to apply the PPF myself but, as I had also booked Dave to visit my car to supply and fit nosecone sections to the same car, these were added to Dave's job list without any problem. Dave arrived on time on the agreed date and was smart, professional and engaging. He fitted the nosecone sections and wheel-arch sections expertly. He even wasn't satisfied with one of the wheel arch sections and decided to redo it with a new piece to meet his finish quality and expectations. He also fitted a fuel-filler-cap section which wasn't originally specified. You can hardly tell the PPF has been applied - a great product which will undoubtedly be a saving over any future re-sprays. Dave left any surplus PPF and additional Caterham templates with me should I wish to install them in the future. Many thanks to Dave and his PPF products.
