   Visited KCR with possible broken front spring. Were kind enough to inspect the car and advise on it. Car booked in for 48 hours later at this very busy time of year. I was advised of the potential costs before attending and received a polite reminder the day before the repair was due. Final cost came in below the estimate and clear explantion given as to why that was so. Totally faultless service and polite in my dealings with them. Have every confidence to return in the future as now booked car in for a full service with an agreed known end cost. Thank you to all at KCR

   Having worked with garages all my life I can confirm that KCR are an excellent car service centre, doing a thoroughly good job on our family cars. It's no wonder there are always a lot of cars being worked on there. Despite that they take time with all customers explaining needs.    Started using KCR instead of a larger well know garage chain. Receptionist is very friendly, and always gives quick quotes with very good pricing. Even calls a fee days before to see if there are any changes on the day. Great bunch of lads who obviously enjoy working there. Great personal touch with great prices and will be back when needed! The only garage that has been honest with us, Karl and his team will not con you for extra money unlike other garages, always available to help with any questions, good prices and very trust worthy. Once you take your vehicle to them you will not go anywhere else I can assure you. They look after your vehicle and you with great customer service. . I honestly could not recommend this garage enough.
