   Been visiting this salon for a few years now and have become a regular as I can not trust anyone else with my hair! The service is impeccable and always provides the results you ask for!! Would highly highly recommend REBECCA friendly, advisable and she works with your complexion and provides the results as well as maintains the strength of your hair!! Can not recommend this place enough the best in Bradford!

   Exceptional First-Time Experience – Highly Recommend Rosa! I had an incredible experience with Rosa and couldn’t recommend her more highly, especially if it’s your first time getting your hair coloured. Before visiting Rosa, I had consultations with a few other stylists at other salons, but I often felt rushed and unsure. One stylist was even willing to go ahead with what I asked for, despite it likely damaging my hair. In contrast, Rosa took the time to explain why that option wasn’t suitable for me, refused to compromise the health of my hair, and suggested safer alternatives that would still achieve a beautiful result. That level of honesty and care truly set her apart. Rosa was the complete opposite of the rushed, transactional experience I’d had elsewhere — she took her time during the initial consultation, explained everything in detail, and made me feel completely at ease. As someone with virgin hair, I was understandably nervous about dyeing it for the first time, but she made sure I was fully informed and comfortable every step of the way. On the day of the appointment, Rosa was just as patient and professional. She even gave me the option to walk away and think it over if I wasn’t 100% ready, which really showed how much she cares about her clients and not just making a sale. I went ahead with the colour, and I am so happy with the results. Rosa did an absolutely amazing job. Looking back, I wish I had trusted her advice and gone lighter as she suggested — but even the slightly darker shade I chose turned out beautifully. What really sets Rosa apart is her attention to detail and her dedication to educating her clients. She was the only stylist I found in Bradford who genuinely took the time to go in-depth about the pros and cons of the colouring process. She also gave me a step-by-step guide on how to care for my hair afterwards, which I really appreciated.

   Ive been going to Rosas for balayage for about 5 years now and always loved the outcome. However this time I went I was so Upset with how my hair turned out. First of all I travelled over 3 hours just to get my hair done there. I felt like it was rushed and also felt like certain people get better treatment for example if you are an ‘influencer’ they would take you upstairs and spend more time and effort on your hair. I asked for an ashy balayage and my hair was left brassy with highlights all over the place, it wasnt blended at all and the contrast was so high and for £150 it was not worth it! I had to go to someone else who corrected the colour and blend for me. Oh and just like the other 1 ⭐️ reviews, I absolutely agree with how they have described Rosa, i have never met such a rude, big headed person in my life. She doesnt seem like an approachable person and its shocking how many other people have said the same thing! I would always praise the salon and recommend it but I feel like over the years as they have grown they are not the same which is a shame. Unfortunately I will not be visiting again. Reply to the response: I got my hair done on the week beginning 20th feb. You spent most of your time upstairs. I dont understand how you think everything your customers says is ‘not true’ ive been coming to you for 5 years because you were good back then. If you read properly you can see i have said its after you got more popularity that your work is not the same. I dont have time to come speak to rosa directly i live over 200 miles away. Wouldnt want to speak to someone with an attitude like that anyways.

   First time getting my hair done and I couldn’t have picked a better place to go Rosa is just such an incredible woman with an amazing bunch of staff! She really went out of her way to respect my needs as a hijabi and took me upstairs to ensure my privacy, which was a extra bonus! She really works with your complexion & gives her honest and expert opinion to make you look your best. This girl knows her stuff, prioritises your comfort and makes sure you leave beyond happy and content. Service, quality, and company = 1000/10 Couldn’t recommend her more!

Rosa provided a consultation to make sure I was going for a colour that was suited to me and my complexion and lewis delivered on the most beautiful, coloured and healthy hair.
