Great service from the receptionist who was extremely friendly and is clearly an asset to company. Had a service and broke down same night as coolant pipe was not reattached correctly. Not what you expect from the brand

The team was very prompt and professional — they took my car in right away and ran a full diagnostic on the spot. They were honest, fast, and explained everything clearly. Excellent service! I highly recommend this garage.
I took my daughter’s first car in for the £15 10-point health check—such a bargain! The service was excellent, professional, and really friendly. The two young lads on the desk were especially helpful (I think one may have been called Dan). They even did a bit of research for me about LED bulbs, which I really appreciated, and they didn’t try to oversell anything. Their positive personalities made the whole experience enjoyable, and it genuinely felt like they enjoyed their work. Great service, great value—I’ll definitely be back in the new year when the repair is due.
I always end up at this Halfords branch because of their availability, and I'm always glad I do. The team are very efficient, and very kind. Previously they have stayed late to finish a repair for me which was very much appreciated, and today they were extremely patient with me as I had issues with payment that took a while to resolve, and a few attempts at the card reader! They are fast, they are reliable, they are reasonably priced, and next time I'll be coming back specifically for their service. Thank you, Emily
There were a few issues with my booking, for a 10 point check but the 2 people on reception sorted it with no problem. The young person in particular (wish I had got his name) was so polite and kind, and he was very professional. When he took me through the recommendations he was very sincere giving me confidence that my car was almost ready for the long journey ahead. Thank you!

Brought my car in for a health check as required by my warranty. About 2 weeks before going to Halfords for the health check, I've been to bmw dealership and had new discs and pads (front and back). Then, at the health check Halfords said on their report the discs and pads need attention and highlighted that in Amber. How can they need attention since they're brand new? Literally 2 weeks old with invoice. I've called Halfords trying to sort this mess and the man who answered said he wasn't the one working on the car and he will investigate and get back to me. It's been two weeks and no one got back to me yet. I've forwarded their report to bmw and the bmw said it is very confusing indeed. Now, my warranty provider thinks there's something wrong with my brakes and won't cover me for brakes related problems although they're brand new with receipts and invoice from bmw dealership, done days before the Halfords Warwick health check.
Fantastic motor repair and service business. I am local and will always come back to this great team of motor experts who are also really nice guys who take sufficient time with you to explain everything. Highly knowledgeable about my Mercedes. Good value for money. I had the winter (interim) service (less than £200), and then later, two high-quality tyres fitted, balanced etc etc. for roughly the same cost. Excellent!! I will always support if I'm based in Leamington.
