   First time using Vastec and really impressed. My car, a 2013 VW beetle, had a serious issue—key stuck in ignition and engine wouldn’t switch off. AA towed it in, and although the repair was meant to start on Wednesday, Tim looked at it on Friday and I was able to collect it on Saturday. They replaced the mechanism behind the steering wheel using genuine VW parts. The cost wasn’t cheap, but the quote was fair and the work was excellent. Really professional and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely use Vastec again and plan to come back for my MOT too. Highly recommend!

   I would highly reccomend using Vastec. All the staff are extremely helpful,knowledgeable and professional but particularly Tim who always goes the extra mile to help and explain all issues and questions you have. They are very fair with prices but their knowledge,honesty,and helpfulness is what makes them stand out from the others. You will definitely not be disappointed!

   I was recommended Vastec by Protyre Warwick. I took my Audi there to get looked out as I had major clutch issues. Tim was very thorough in explaining everything to me, I had the work done on the 7th October and collected the following day. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and the work they did was to a high standard. I’m weary of garages as I’ve previously been ripped off, I wanted to find a garage that was female friendly and Vastec were really professional and put my mind at ease, went through everything in detail, the price for the work was as I expected, no hidden costs , they were very transparent.    We were 3hrs into a 4hr journey on Bank Holiday Friday afternoon and we had an issue with just outside of Warwick, did a quick search for local garages and luckily we chose to head to Vastech. The car wasn’t able to be driven but as we were only away over the bank holiday weekend they quickly ordered a part and provided us a fix which has meant we were able to get to where we were heading and then back home with advice on what to do next. They were so accommodating of us and our children and got it all done as quickly as possible meaning we were sorted and back on the road within 2 hours. A massive thanks to Tim and the team, we really appreciated you fitting us in when we know you were busy and for the great service, information and advice.

   I've been using these guys since 2016 - simply the best. Their staff are quite exceptional, its impossible to know where to start. Whilst I use them for my VW, one of their technicians is a Jaguar expert, I have no hesitation in giving him work to do on mine (something I don't let anybody else touch normally) - he really knows his stuff, but then so does everyone at this place it seems. Can't fault it, a very well run business

   I have been using Vastec for the last 4 years for servicing , MOT and repairs. Really good quality work and reasonable pricing. The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because communication could be better on the phone and my steering wheel is always dirty from mucky hands.
