   Great local garage that are trustworthy and willing to go above and beyond. I have taken both my cars in for services, MOTs and repair work and would not go anywhere else. Both Amy in the reception and the mechanics are friendly and explain any issues in detail. Most recently I took my daily driver in for a issue with the TPMS sensor that another garage messed up when changing the tyres. Amy and Mike were exceedingly helpful and replaced a missing sensor in no time with low cost. When the light came back they took the car in again with no complaints and diagnosed and fixed a faulty switch free-of-charge.

   Took my Vehicle in due to a knocking from front wheels. Inspection and said there were a number of faults. £600 + Pound later replaced all parts and have Vehicle back . A couple of weeks later same knocking came back , took it back in to be re checked and was told it was something else . This only makes me believe that they changed all they claimed it was to see if it solved the problem not really knowing what was causing the problem ?? Noise still there with a £600 + unnecessary bill. So my confidence in this garage has gone and would not use again.

   Great garage take car there for everything including MOT guys are so helpful nothing is too much trouble. MOT guy explains all advisories and if your budget is tight what order to sort them most urgent to least urgent. Would not take my car anywhere else.

   I had a problem with my brakes fixed. A few days later, another issue arose as a result of the work. Naturally, I was disappointed by this, but I was delighted that the garage took responsibility and fully fixed the problem with no arguments (once it was clear what the cause was). From my perspective, we all make mistakes; it's how they're dealt with that matters, and in this case, the garage dealt with it brilliantly! I'd recommend them because even if there is a problem, you know they've got your back and will get it fixed.

   Not knowing much about cars, I always feel a bit nervous about taking mine to the garage. The staff here were great and very patiently explained what needed doing and the different options (and price points!) available. I spoke to a couple of different people on the phone and again when I actually went in to drop my car off and pick it up, but they were all very helpful and polite - and even remembered my name, which was a nice touch. Very flexible with timings as well, as I wasn’t able to pick the car up straight away but they didn’t mind keeping it in for me a bit longer. Thanks again for your help!

   A huge thanks to everyone here, I was attending a course at the training company adjacent to the garage (also highly recommended) and having travelled 200 miles, with the return journey that afternoon I had a serious vibration. Despite explaining they were short staffed (this was the Monday of Jubilee week) the key handed over and it was on a ramp in no time. Shortly after they came straight over to see me, quoted me a price for the fault to be rectified and it was done before my course was over. Outstanding service to a new customer, a perfect stranger, who they had no reason to go out their way for but that they did.    After a poor response from another garage regarding a problem with our motorhome. I called and booked an appointment with Coventry Garage Ltd. They booked us in promptly and I took the motorhome in today . Excellent service and I will be booking the van in for MOT and service when due. Happy to recommend to others.
