Went for MOT. Car failed 1st test. They fixed issue and charged without calling me 1st to check if I will pay. It would take 2 min for my partner to resolve issue. They charged me 12 pounds for that. Poor communication. Ladies, wouldn't recommend. As my partner goes there with no issues, ladies are ripped off every time
perfect service!!! if there is a problem with the car, they will tell you! if don't have a problem, they won't create!!! So thank you (MOT - in the last 5 years)
Good garage.Had a service done and A/c gassed up lately.No complaints whatsoever.Staff are excellent also.
Went for air con regas and staff were friendly and polite. Identified issue with pulley and kept me informed throughout. Really helpful and informative. £60 for regas and £10 labour to fix air con clutch pulley. Great price and great service
First time I have used this garage but have to say, really impressed. Car went in for MOT and I have to mention :- Efficient reception of vehicle MOT bay, very neat, tidy and clean Mechanic 'Sandy' was knowledgeable and informative and had good customer skills. Would have given 5 stars, but will wait until I've been back. But would be happy to recommend.
