   Took my car to get an engine light fault looked at and the issue was fully rectified and parts replaced very quickly, I have been taking my car here for years for any issues/MOT and the service is absolutely amazing ! Paul & Dawn always go above and beyond and are very professional/Friendly and I would highly recommend this garage ☺️

   I have been using this garage for 27 years. It has been under three owners but the present owner is a gentleman and knows his cars, as does his team. They are polite, honest and always do a great job. I know that when my car leaves that garage it is safe to use. Too many people want a job doing for nothing, the prices are fair and the quality of work I have received has been excellent.

   Over charging and very rude. I was booked in for a door locking fault and while booking lady at the customer desk did not mention anything about the cost of investigation or their hourly charge. I dropped my car at their garage and that time also she didn’t mention about the charge. After few hours I got a call that they don’t know what’s the problem and it is better I take my car to the VW dealer. Then she mentioned that I need to pay £70 for the investigation (for 3 hours). When I replied that it’s too much then the lady mentioned that this was their charge . The customer service lady replied rudely that I have pay for the invoice otherwise they are not going to give the car keys and I had one hour to come and collect the car. When I arrived at their garage she started giving the same reasoning that they usually charge for complete hours but in my case they are only charging for 1 hour. In the further conversation she mentioned the hourly charge is £23 and then she retracted her statement that its £57 and vat. I had to pay £70 to get the key back. In the end end I had a very awful experience and didn’t get the service I paid. Their manager Paul and the customer service lady in particular was very rude. They did not share the report for diagnosis (only had few comments on the invoice) and declined me the opportunity to write on their copy that I am paying under dispute. I would advice everyone to avoid this garage.
