   Don’t look after their patients, only care about money and try and up charge you as much as they can. Had a veneer done which was guaranteed to last a number of years, when it cracked and I went back to get it replaced they said the guarantee was void because the dentist doesn’t work there anymore! Appalling. Avoid at all costs.

   Briar meads is a great dentist, it has helped me when I needed it. When it comes to treating kids, this dentist is fantastic; when I bring my son here once in a while, they always hand him a sticker after his appointment. I’m very happy with this dentist as I have been going for years and hopefully, that will not change.

   I found the service provided was very good. As someone who is nervous about attending the dentist, I was reassured and put at ease, everything was explained to me. At no time did I feel rushed or that my questions were irrelevant. Everyone was kind and friendly the receptionists, dental assistants and the dentist himself. Thank you so much.

   My experience with Briar Meads Dental Practice has been swift, efficient and excellent! Having recently moved in the area I went to the branch where the reception team were most welcoming and provided me the registration documents. I was very fortunate that there were some availability later in the afternoon for me and my family. The check up was smooth and swift and we were left amazed how good the service and process was. I have no hesitation in recommending the practice - Ace team!

   Dr Jai Shah was incredible from start to finish with my implant treatment even during COVID and how busy there were. I highly recommend the practise, always gave me clear timelines and informed me every step of my implant works. Staff are always very friendly, helpful and the place has excellent COVID hygiene measures. I can't thank them enough for the works carried out.

   Before going to see Dr Shah I had a debilitating fear of the dentist. I was recommended him in a time of need and he and the whole team were fantastic. Dr Shah always talks me through everything and takes time to make sure I am comfortable before doing any treatment or checks. Since finding him the whole family have moved to his care! I have limited experience with the other staff here but the reception team have also always been friendly, helpful and professional too. Can’t recommend them enough!
