   My yearly visits are always pleasant, friendliness+efficiency from the receptionists to the dentist+nurses, especially throughout the pandemic! Appointments July 2025. Darshit Giva has just completed my extensive root canal treatment on a molar, 3 canals cleaned+expertly filled over 2 long appointments. Despite this, it was relaxing, painfree and I get to keep my tooth! I don't want ugly gaps in my dentition. I can smile with confidence. Thankyou Darshit+all the team at the surgery.

   Went into reception, friendly and professional, went in for my appointment on time, greeted by a new dentist and dental nurse, again, friendly and professional, felt comfortable and at ease, the dentist talked through everything she did and explained further options as my exam was concluded. The practice was nice and clean, and I had no problems whatsoever.

   Easy to make appointments, text reminders sent which are useful. All staff are courteous & professional. The clinic is very clean & tidy. The dentist was extremely informative throughout the consultation. The negative review about its cleanliness is not correct & if the complaint is really about charges, then seeking legal advice is ridiculous, simply have a grown up conversation with the Practice Manager to seek a suitable resolution. I would definitely recommend thus Practice.

   Can’t fault them the receptionist with friendly and very helpful and the dentist agreed a plan with me on work i need doing. Never been the biggest fan of dentists but these are great .so far they’ve tuck my fear of the dentist chair away.

   I had the worse experience today! my 12yrs son had an appointment at 10:15am that I paid for in advance! I called the dentist clinic at 08:00 to rearrange the appointment as my little boy woke up very Ill, he had chest infection, fever 39*, cold and flu, I had to take him urgently to the doctor this morning, he was prescribed 2 bottles of antibiotics and more medicine! as it’s quite bad. At 11:14am I have received a call from the dentist thinking they have managed to book him another appointment after he gets better instead she said the dentist changed me £12.00 even though I called at 08.00am and told them that my boy is unwell!! What kind of dentist take advantage of his clients this way!!! Bear in mind I recently spent over £1000 in treatment at this dentist!! This is what we call legal theft. Shame on you!!

   I am very surprised by the quality of dental services in UK. It's below average and they use very old tecniques. I had very bad experience and keep blaming myself all the time for visiting a dentist in UK.
