   Without a doubt the worst garage I've ever used. Class 7 MOT was done (eventually) after 4 days of calling to find out what was happening, I finally went down in person to be told it had failed on day 1 but that was not relayed to me in any of the calls...... oh and they NEVER call you back like they say they will. Absolutely no communication at all, seems the office doesn't know what the garage is doing. Then just for ease I asked for a quote to repair and get through the MOT, what a suprise there was no call with a quote. Been to a different garage this morning who couldn't have been more opposite, they were very professional and found things not to be a serious as the mot failure made out with a fantastic service. This just showed me what a joke of a company it was I'd been dealing with. Even paid for another MOT by this company as its rather pay that take my van back for the re test and have anything rise to do with them

   Took my converted camper here due to it being over 3.5 tonnes and was told my local garage it needed a commerical MOT, and explained on the phone to then the situation and they also said that it needed a commerical MOT, paid over the phone for the same day slot and get there and get told it can't be MOT'd. Keep calling to organise refund but cab only get through to the receptionist who is very polite but the accounts department are still yet to get back to me after many calls and emails.

   absolute Scammm! Got quoted 500 for parts + labour to change a calliper two brake discs and pads (which I supplied) which was bloody expensive in comparison to others but we needed the work done urgently. Please tell me how this had now turned into a bill of £890.00 without any authorisation or pre approval now having to leave work travelling across country to get this resolved… LIVIDDD

   Would not recommend at all! Had all terrain tyres fitted to our 7 metre minibus by MN commercials to find out later they hadn’t tightened up the bolts resulting in them being dangerous to drive on and causing hundreds of pounds of damage. Contacted the manager Mick who took no responsibility stating he got someone in to fit them! Avoid like the plague! Would give zero stars

   Possibly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, they do not respond to emails, they do not listen to a word you say, they took 6 moths to sort out a small brake issue and prep for an MOT, , and that has still isn't sorted, Billed my for number plates that were never given to me and charged £20 for a £6 relay, I told them time and time again that if they needed parts to contact me, the van came back with oil and dirt all over the cab area, clearly not been covered, I was recommended them buy a friend, I thought i would be in safe hands with the company being family owned, quite the opposite, I wouldn't recommend then to anyone : (

   got quoted a price, which I've agreed to, I've asked whether it is possible to split the bill and pay in instalments, to which the owner replied with a "yes", this was the only reason why I chose MN commercials over other mechanics. After the job was done I got informed about the VAT which was an extra 70£ which I was not aware of, if I was I would get my car fixed somewhere else, on top of that, I got told that they are unable to split my bill and I have to pay it all at once in order to get my keys. I have basically been deceived just so they can make some money, just pathetic, there are much better and cheaper places to fix your car in Leicester.
