   Popped in to enquire for a straight dry cut today and the woman there, said to come back later as theres no one in and she had “appointments” & was busy or something. I looked around confused as she was the only one there in the salon so i said till what time you be available she proceded to give me a stank face and weird attitude for no god damn reason?? Like i only asked a question She must hate her job or something anyways.. wont be coming here again at all

   This is a fantastic hair salon with great service. Cher not only did an amazing job with my daughter's hair she also helped her to relax and enjoy her hair cut experience. She was able to talk to her in a calm and helpful manner and managed to give her a hair style that was just right for her. If you have someone with sensory issues or anxiety this place is perfect.

   Cher did a brilliant job with my sons hair. Bless him he was so happy. Cher made him feel very comfortable & gave him a fade cut but kept asking if was okay or if he wanted more taken off. He is a very shy teenager but really liked Cher and thought she was really funny & really good at what she does. Will definitely be visiting again. Thankyou Cher

   Been using here for years, poor experience yesterday for which there can be no excuse. Thankfully put right today by Cher, who is always good and listens. Cher is a credit and this should be acknowledged by the current owners in my opinion. The five stars were effectively won back by Cher for correcting a mistake not made by her in a professional manner. Thank you Cher, from Julie

   Terrible service, first came to get my Hair coloured without bleach and a stylist said it would be difficult to do without bleach because of my previous colours I’ve had so I decided I wanted to go home and think about what I’d like to do and the owner uzma was very persistent in making me stay to make money- showed me a few pictures of a beautiful light blonde colour she said she could do on my hair so I stayed and at the end I had a unblended caramel/orangey balayage and I was very upset with the end result which she only knocked of £20 so I paid £110. The actual owner ran off home and got a stylist to tell me the price because she knew I was unhappy. Very unprofessional for a service I was very unhappy with and I was told once I get it bleached again I’d get the colour I want so I came back in December to get my hair rebleached - showed a blonde and the stylist was unsure if she could get it exactly like that but said it’d go lighter which isn’tt rlly the case because on the first day it looked light but after a couple washes went really dark caramel/brown like the first time I came. I paid £155 this time so I wasted £180 nearly for service I was so upset with and they couldn’t fix it or knock money off. Option I was giving during bleaching process “your hair can go caramel or I can leave it on and it’ll snap” .left bleach on my hair for 2hrs which I’m surprised it didn’t all break off but I didn’t get the colour even after that . The salon could’ve refused service if they thought my hair wouldn’t lift enough because they’ve worked on it once before but instead took me on to make money. greedy business which only cares about making money, don’t care at all about customer satisfaction one bit. Everything overpriced and service at the end is not even worth it. Highly suggest you get your hair coloured from a place that cares about the end result and know what they’re doing.’

   Cher is an absolute asset to the business. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted! Managed to squeeze me in between a booking. Listened to exactly what I wanted and assured me. She’s done such a good job and I love my hair will definitely come back !
