i have spent my working life in and controlling a Mercedes workshop , i carried out all of my own repairs and servicing but due to injury i am no longer able to carry out most repairs, it is hard for me to "let go" so to speak, and let someone else carry out the work for me. Having been recommended to see Ross about my car, he's gone out of his way to get the job done. Totally honest and knowledgeable, he's a great mechanic. There's no reason for him to have inconvenienced himself to accommodate me other than that he's just got a heart of gold. He always explains to me what he's doing or has done which is very helpful. I find he does what he says he's going to do in a timely manner. His work ethic is amazing, and is something to be admired. Definitely give him your business.
