   Did a great job fixing my car. I called about a fault and they fit me in for the following day to run diagnostics. They couldn't guarantee that it would get fixed that day but they did manage to, which was great. Price was reasonable. Will definitely return.

   These guys are quality service impeccable. Peugeot quoted me hundreds to replace my offside wing mirror on my van. Lavender really helped bring that costing down supplied and fitted. Lads and lasses super friendly and helpful. Cant recommend them enough.

   I've been doing maintenance on my car myself for the past 5 years due to bad experiences with OEM dealers and independent garages! Visiting Lavender Hall Autos was a breath of fresh air! Great customer service from the start by the office staff and technicians. You can clearly tell the technicians are highly skilled and competent. It's now my go to for vehicle repairs and servicing!

   Bought a lovely car from here but unfortunately the description failed to mention two rather big issues. I felt they Should have been a little more honest in their description. Cat S is need to know. Passenger door not opening and with a large dent across it was not mentioned. Managed to pass a mot though???? To far to take back to get the door fixed but Terry did offer which was decent of him. Also there is a knocking sound that also needs investigating so more money needs spending on it. UPDATE CAR BLEW UP IN NOVEMBER!!! ( LESS THAN 6 MONTHS LATER. WRITE OFF £3000 UP IN SMOKE. BUYER BEWARE !!!

   Myself and my husband have used Lavender Hall Auto Repairs several times over the past year and highly recommend them. I dropped my car off at 8:30am today and, less than 4hrs later, it was dropped back to my door, saving me so much hassle. The staff are really professional and knowledgeable and the ladies in the office are really friendly and have been great if I’ve ever had to change times/days to bring my car in. If we’ve ever had concerns with either car, we’ve been able to bring them in within 24hrs, which is just amazing. Thanks for a top-class service. We’ll always use LHAR going forward.

   The rear wing of my car had been damaged at the airport, it was probably the worst place to receive damage as sat right on a feature, curved crease line on the car. Matt got to work and along with a few other dents he’s made it look as good as new. There’s absolutely no sign of damage at all now - superb work at very competitive pricing. Would highly recommend.

   Fantastic service. Great staff. Lovely mug of coffee! SERIOUSLY A fast reliable repair to my car at a time oh High stress, not only did they do what good garages do, they fitted times around my scheduled visits to hospital. They made laugh while waiting. A part after beingvfitted proved to be faulty part not showed up for a few miles. Immediately sorted it. Fantastic team. Thank you.
