   These guys fixed a fuel pump issue on my 'new' old banger quickly and cheaply and sorted out the MOT. They were friendly and helpful and excellent at letting me know what was going on. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because of a mix up on the dates.

   I've had my Ford Fusion for over ten years and it has served me well. Recently it required a new water pump, cam belt and had starting problems. Gary has breathed new life into it, and at a very reasonable price. Needless to say, from now on I won't be going anywhere else.

   Josh replaced a fuel pump on my Fiesta. The local Ford dealer Allen Ford Warwick would not even look at my vehicle for 8 weeks after I broke down on the M40 and was recovered there by the AA. I am not local and rang round garages to see who could fit a new fuel pump, AA diagnosis. Falcon offered to replace it in 2 days and I towed the vehicle from the Ford dealers to Falcon who had the vehicle running in under 2 hours after confirming the AA diagnosis. The repairs labour cost less than a Ford diagnosis. Excellent service, highly recommend.

   i visited this company today to collect a second hand part which I had had difficulty sourcing, the part was just what I needed and on top of this Gaz offered to fit it for me to ensure it was all in good working order - going the extra mile and delivering great customer service is few a far between these days but not at Falcon Motors, polite, professional and knowledgeable, this is just what we needed! Thank You!

   Just been to pick my friends Chevy matize up after a full service. The price quoted was £80. On picking her car up this had now jumped to a staggering £312. YES..U HEARD RIGHT £312. The poor girl was in tears but managed to get the money .on driving out the engine management light was on so the vehicle was returned straight away. One of the ht leads was hanging off and upon myself asking why the mechanic said this is not part of the full service..REALLY. ? what a load of waffle. As a "good will" gesture the ht leads will be replaced free of charge. OH WELL DONE.! the original price quoted was a mistake she was informed and was told to speak to the boss next time. How is she meant to know this when phoning for a quote !! Is it me ?!!! How stupid of her not to be telepathic. The overall price is more than a Chevy dealer would charge for the same work. Don't touch this place with a barge pole.
