   We were on our way from Birmingham to Eastbourne when the engine warning light came on. The nearest exit was Warwick and on a Saturday midday, the first mechanic that Google showed was open, was Shire Motors. We can only say that we were treated very kindly, and despite having no appointment, the car was fitted in for a quick diagnostics. Can't say thank you enough to the couple running the garage. We managed to reach our destination safely and with peace of mind.

   We were driving down to legoland Windsor from Manchester via a stop at Warwick castle for my 2 boys to have a run about when our car developed an engine fault coming over the bypass into Warwick, it ran into limp mode and my wife frantically rang garages to try and get us seen on a sat at 3pm, this lovely garage answered our distress call. We limped over to the garage very slowly to be met by a lovely mechanic who ran diagnostics and discovered the fault wasn't something easily fixed and needed a part they didn't have in anyway, whilst myself and my wife explored every option under the sun to get us down to Windsor, a lovely lady from the garage gave our 2 boys an icecream and made me and the wife a brew. We managed to arrange the aa to get to us as they could fix the injector fault as they had the part. The same gentleman who had seen us hours earlier from the garage stopped next to us while we waited with the car for the aa man to finish , he asked us if we had managed to get it sorted and offered to take us to his house for a brew and somewhere to wait for us and our 2 kids. As we weren't even customers I can't say enough for how brilliant this garage team treated me and my young children . If we were local they would of just found themselves customers for life for the care and service we have received but it's a bit far for us to drive for a service from Manchester

   Restored my faith! I had car trouble on the M40 and needed help so I could get to my daughter's gymnastics competition a further hour up the road. Called several places none of whom would help on a saturday afternoon. Shire Motors were so kind, I could see they were busy , but the mechanic spent some time checking over my car and making sure it was okay to drive. He couldn't fix the fault in the few minutes we had, but he helped me find a way around so I could continue my journey and get to a very important competition. He wouldn't take a penny from me and I was overwhelmed at how kind they both were. This is the only way I can think to thank them for their help! You saved me and I will always be grateful (she won silver!).

   I was in Warrick for the weekend and got a slow puncture in my tyre. As I had to drive back to Scotland the next day I needed the tyre repaired ASAP. Shire motors were extremely helpful. Both the receptionist and the car mechanic were quick at assessing the issue. They phoned another garage who were able to organise a new tyre for my car. I'm so grateful for the help and excellent customer service I received from this garage. I would recommend to anyone.

   Absolutely brilliant people! My exhaust fell off when driving to work in Warwick. I couldn't find any garage that could pick up my car to get it looked at. Not until I called Shire Motors, the receptionist lady was so nice and easy going, arranged to have my car picked up within few hours, the gent who arrived to collect it was also spot on, very professional and helpful. They fixed my exhaust within less than two hours for a great price! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great, professional, friendly and fantastic value for money works are being done here!
