   This review is for Europarts in Liswerry Newport. The service was absolutely incredible owing to the guy who served me, his name was Kenny. Really helpful, knowledgeable and did his absolute best to find me the right windscreen wiper at the best price for my car. He even came out to help advise me when fitting them to make sure they were fitted correctly as I had never done it before. He is a credit to the company!

   Very long queueing time in the shop, the poor girl serving on her own is run off her feet. Serving a whole shop full of customers by herself visibly stressed. You need more staff in the shop it’s very unfair.

   Staff helpful (5 stars for that). But why the 3 stars? Every time I've visited, there is a queue & 9 times out of 10 only one person serving (despite staff in the background, popping in & out of the front serving area) - the person serving often looks stressed. Due to just one serving, there's often a long wait most of the time. So, why do I return? Like I said, the staff are helpful and friendly. Tip: if you go on their website you can very often get the parts cheaper and collect in store. Suggestion to management: Maybe there could be one queue for click & collect & another for 'off the shelf' collections with 2 serving at busier periods.

   I had some issues trying to get the bulb out of my head lamp. The boys here were extremely helpful. Within 5 minutes of turning up, I had the bulb out and replaced. Prices were very reasonable and I felt I received a really good friendly service. Cheers boys!!!

   None here in customer service when 7 customers are waiting. Always 1 person here which really annoying. Better to leave this branch. EVIDENCE PICTURES WITH DATE AND TIME

   Worst click and collect ever. Waited for nearly an hr to be told no more time and they were closing. Got there at 5.10pm and they close at 6pm. If they no they should close the que at 5 and serve who ever is in the que instead of allowing people to carry on joining the que.
