   I bought an item (wheel arch liner) which arrived and no longer needed as our vehicle was going through a process and was deemed a right off so we agreed to return and get a refund with this joke of a company. The item was never opened and sent back in the exact same packaging, which was received and then they deemed to have a scratch/crack in it which they blamed us for and now no refund, they expect us to either go and pick it up or get another couriour to pick it up for us which would be almost the price of the actual item. I am sure they will do the same thing and sell it on to another customer. Well done, don’t deal with these people.
