   I recently had an accident and Hastings Direct arranged my repairs through Accident Express. I was extremely impressed with their service. Katie kept in contact with me throughout the process, I was given a courtesy car which was lovely. I even had my car cleaned inside and out.    Following a minor accident, where my front bumper was damaged. My Insurance Company, Allianz, arranged for my repairs to be done with Accident Express, they sent a gentleman with a truck to pick it up from my home & took it away. When the repair was complete it was delivered back to me. My Honda Jazz looked brilliant, as good as new, with a new bumper. Also it had been cleaned inside & out which was an extra lovely surprise. I spoke to Katie a couple of times & she was so very helpful & friendly. I am so very pleased with the repair & service given by Accident Express, the best in Rugby. A huge THANK YOU to Katie & all the team for your top class repair service! I highly recommend Accident Express to anyone who needs repairs on their vehicles.

   I was in an accident and my insurers asked me to get the car assessed at Accident Express. Contact started with a phone call from Katie who was so calm, reassuring and understanding at a very stressful time. We agreed a time for me to bring the car in to be assessed and again I was treated really well. The team sorted my car far quicker than expected and I can’t say enough good things about how them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their car fixed, and they should be really proud of their excellent customer relations.

   I had an accident in March which resulted in rear end damage. The AA had employed Accident Express as the repairers who picked my car up the following day. Katie was in regular contact whilst the repairs took place. The majority of which were completed quickly except for replacing the airbag controller unit. Due to supply issues this took until August. I now have my car back after 5 months. Accident Express have done a great job. The car looks great.

   I had an accident (not at fault). LV were quick to get in touch and organise repairs via Accident Express Rugby. The following day my car was inspected and collected. Throughout the whole process Katie was great, she called every couple of days and kept me up to date with progress of parts being ordered, car being worked on and timescales of readiness for completion.    Highly recommended. The reception staff were so helpful and reassuring, even though I had to cancel my appointment twice because the hire company couldn't provide a car at the arranged times. They kept me posted and took a load of hassle off my shoulders by dealing direct with the insurers and the car hire people. Oh and the car now looks amazing. Thank you!

   AE repaired my car after an accident. From the first damage review through to keeping me advised and repairing the car they were excellent at keeping me advised. Claudia was great and would always call me back if she did not know the answer to a query. They were a little slow in providing the stand by vehicle I was expecting but it did not cause me any problems. I worried that parts would be slow in arriving but the repair was carried out faster than I expected This was an insurance claim and so I cannot comment on the charges.
