Prasad is, in my opinion, hands down is the best Mercedes mechanic in Cardiff. I’ve trusted him with my S-Class, and every time, he goes above and beyond. Most recently, he surprised me by including the MOT and annual service when the car was only booked in for a brake replacement—just one example of how thoughtful and thorough he is. The service was due in just three weeks, so this saved me a second trip. He’s always cheerful, helpful, and genuinely cares about his customers. He takes the time to explain things clearly and always finds the most economical solution while maintaining top-quality work. The car always comes back spotless, and it’s obvious he takes real pride in what he does. Prasad is not just a brilliant mechanic—he’s a true gentleman. Highly recommended.
Prasad is the epitome of a gentleman!!! Would highly recommend as he deserves every bit of credit and business. Someone had driven into the side of my car leaving a dent and several scratches over the rear wheel arch, but to add insult to injury, they also drove off and didn't leave their details. So I was scouring around cardiff yesterday to try and obtain quotes to fix this work, each quote varied from £240 being the cheapest to Love Your Car in Cardiff (Leckwith) quoting me almost £800 being the most expensive!!!! Fortunately I am no mug and did not fall for these cowboys who take advantage of people. I had a last ditch attempt at a bodywork specialist in Penarth hoping someone would be realistic. Whilst I was driving I was caught up in a bottleneck with a DPD driver meaining I could not drive further, it was at this point the stars must have aligned which left me asking Prasad for directions as he was working in his workshop. As I was driving away, Prasad stopped me after seeing the scratch and said he would help me there and then. Being a Mercedes specialist, and with me owning an Audi I obviously hadn't considered his services. That being said, Prasad told me he would sort it for me there and then, he literally took 10 minutes repairing the issue which by the way has gone, and, DID NOT CHARGE ME A PENNY for doing it! It is this type of kindness that I am not used to, and I genuinely was touched by his thoughtfulness and selflessness in helping me out and saving me being robbed from all other dealerships across Cardiff! Literally from the kindness of his heart, he did not have to help me but he did. I cannot thank Prasad enough, or recommend him enough as this is the least I can do! Thank you once again! I was truly touched by this gesture and am ever so grateful for this.

I booked my Mercedes GLA in for a service B today and I was absolutely blown away by the service I received. Prasad provided incredible customer service and made me feel very valued. Nothing was too much trouble. I was offered a courtesy car, he printed everything off for me including my existing service history and also fully valeted my car. He was so reasonably priced and followed all covid guidelines. I couldn’t recommend him enough and will certainly be using him for all future work on my car.
My car had a long standing electrical fault. (Mercedes SLK). South Wales Auto were able to diagnose the fault and put it right within a day. I was very impressed with their know how and professionalism. I would happily recommend them to anyone.
Prasad did an amazing job on my E class. Conscientious and thorough, honest prices - not cheap - but great service, reliable and trustworthy. He even washed and valeted it! Good as new!!
I was put onto Prassad by my brother who claimed he was fantastic. After having a problem with my C-class and after paying two other people to look at it with just some head scratching as a result I took it to him. With a five minute drive he found the problem straight away , and to my astonishment he told me to wait whilst he repaired it. I was thinking that I might end up with a very expensive repair, but no, after it was repaired a surprisingly small bill. He is a very kind and courteous man and I will certainly have him repair my car again should I need too. If you own a Mercedes, go to him it it cheaper and easier than paying inexperienced people. My brother was right , he is fantastic.
