   My elderly father recently visited the practice for a dental emergency and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. Dr Gandhi was incredibly professional, kind and genuinely caring towards him, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The receptionist, Shabina, was also brilliant! Very patient, helpful and reassuring from the moment we arrived. All the staff were lovely and the practice itself is spotless. Highly recommend.

   This practice doesn't like nhs patients if you are getting something for " free" they don't care and keep moving the goal posts. I need a partial metal& acrylic denture due to being an adult with a very small child size pallet. This has never been a problem in the past at my old practice but here nothing but problems as Dr Lad told me he had never had to make one before and no experience of what one looks like. Had 2 impressions taken and went to have the wax mock up fitted which was totally wrong in the shape and thickness to tolerate it in.my mouth so I put a halt to the process. Dr Lad said he would refer me to a specialist who " makes these type of dentures" since then it has gone from bad to worse. Firstly being told I had my referral refused and I ' must contact my GP for hypnotherapy for my gag reflex" !!!! What! Who concocted this pack of lies I don't know. It's impossible to contact the practice manager directly you have to pass a message via receptionist its a hopeless situation. Don't even consider going there unless you pay for your treatment as you are made to feel inferior if not paying.

   Recently seen Dentist Aarti for an emergency dental appointment due to on-going tooth pain. Extremely professional, gentle and knowledgable! Went to 2 other Dentists before I was recommended Olive Tree. Within a few days of following Aartis instructions, my pain has gone away! Plus, I got an amazing scale and polish whilst I was there - so teeth looking nice again. Can’t praise her enough. The Reception Staff are also lovely.

   I have recently registered myself here and honestly I already highly recommend this dental practice! Starting from the receptionists which are kind and prompt to the dentist that saw me already on two occasions (one of them emergency today). They give precise information and to the point. The rooms are impeccable!

   Amazing service but I did have to lower my rating to 2 because I see lots of stains on the waiting room chairs and I don't think they take better care of there safety. But really good service just may need to take care of our safety.
