The gentleman that felt with my service was good and I felt all my questions were answered. The service from Skoda was second to non, I have been very impressed so far with all the staff at the showroom.
First service was completed without issue and within the time stated, and the car was cleaned before handing it over. The showroom team were attentive and updated on progress. My one concern is that the service technician disconnected my dashcam and did not re connect it - I only discovered this had not been done after driving for 10 miles - if I had been in an accident - no dashcam evidence !
Had an issue of the sensor warning triangle coming on regularly.Was told at firsy year service " not to worru, just turn engine off when it happens and restart" iasked if there was anything to put it right and told only yhat. I have put up with this problem for 3yrs and on my first mot service at skoda brought issie up again and they said they could take it in for a check on this problem as it has been very annoying and potentially very dangerous. The service guy Sonny was very good but told me as they had not made a note on sysyem about problem I would have to pau for the check and any work done to put it right. Sonny went and asked his manager and said as a good will jesture they would not charge for check so I asked for check to go ahead. Another woman from service department also came to me and said as my warrantee had only just expired they may be able to not charge for any work that needs doing. After the inspection Sonny told me they cpuld not find a fault even though I had taken several pictures of fault light on including on the day of check. Sonny said ad they could not find a fault there was nothing they could do so now I am stuck with a car that 70 or 80% of time I have to start twice every time I get in car to cancel warning light and ensure my sensors are working and SKODA tell me there is no fault???? What can I do about a fault ( proven with pictures with dates and time) that they say is not a fault??? Its not a good reflection on SKODA
Our Karoq recently had a routine service. The work was done quickly and the staff we encountered were all very polite and professional. We travel from another city for Listers to look after our car and will continue to do so as we are always satisfied with their service.
Provided with excellent customer service by sunny. He was able to get my service done very quickly so I wasn't waiting around all day, kept me up to date with the progress of my car and what needed doing. Very pleased

My car was MOT tested earlier in the week. It was carried out professionally and I was able to pick up the car in good time. A good experience.
My work vehicle needed an oil change and minor service. Easily booked in using the website and details confirmed in a very friendly manner by telephone. I chose to wait while the work was completed as it was only around 90 mins. I was offered a chance to have the car washed and hoovered out for free as part of the service, as it was in need of cleaning I opted for this. Because it is a work vehicle, my boss was responsible for payment, the whole process of having the invoice sent to him and confirming payment was politely and efficiently handled. Everything was done in time and done very well and the whole experience felt calm, relaxed, efficient and professional. The car was lovely and clean, my boss wanted me to ask for a copy of the invoice to be emailed to him for his records, I was told that this had been done anyway without me even needing to ask. I highly recommend this dealership based on my experience and in particular I would like to thank Stephanie on the service reception for making it a good couple of hours, she is a credit to the team.
Once again the staff at Skoda Coventry completed my car MOT in a friendly and professional way. I am very satisfied with the overall service and certainty would recommend to others. Thank you. Mike.
