   I am new to this practice and saw the dentist Manoj Borsara with nurse Fakhra. I went as I hadn't been to a dentist for some time, and knew I had a broken tooth. Both the dentist and nurse were incredibly polite, explained the process, and put me at ease. The extraction went very smoothly and was over faster than I expected, and they even removed some staining from my teeth. I am delighted with the results, and my recovery went well. I was impressed by the professionalism and have previously experienced criticism from dental practitioners regarding my teeth, which I felt was not the case here. Thank you for your assistance. I am now a full member and intend to keep attending.

   I have been attending Sileby dentist for almost a year now and have been absolutely overwhelmed with the amount of support from the staff here. Anna the receptionist always has a joyful smile on her face and will try her best to always help you. Dr Monaj is an incredible dentist , super welcoming and takes a lot of time and care into all of his work. My 3 year old daughter loved her visit on the chair and can't wait to go back! Thank you Sileby Dentist for being so caring , we are lucky to have this business in our village.

   Went for an appointment with my husband and 16month old for the first time yesterday. The lady on reception was super friendly and made the time to speak to our little boy. The practice is clean and welcoming. The dentist was very friendly too, explained everything to us and was really accommodating with the baby and explained that it takes time for babies to get used to the dentist visits. All in all a very positive first family appointment for us all and rebooted in for 6 months time.

   This Dental practice has been having issues with staff retention for some time. I attended today to find all the staff had changed again. The receptionist explained that they all hoped that the two new Dentists and other staff will remain now for a long time and rebuild a successful practice. The receptionist was very friendly and chatty, immediatly putting me at my ease, I'm a terrible coward when visiting any dentist and more so with one I have never seen before! Any way after a few minutes chat I was actually laughing as I went up to the first floor waiting room. I didn't wait long before I was invited into the surgery. My new dentist seemed very young but was professional and friendly, although quietly spoken I could hear and understand every thing he said. The dental nurse was constantly wiping down all surfaces and changed her gloves after removing the dentists 'tools'. No fillings or further treatment required ! Yay! I asked the dentist if he will still be there when I return in 6 months, he said yes. Overall I found the practice to be very clean and tidy with the constant cleaning of the surfaces and equipment I felt safe from any infection. My checkup was quick and relatively painless. I hope the staff do remain as I'll be very happy to meet all these great people again.

   Sadly unable to contact as the phone system either cuts you off at 12 minutes after being told you are first in queue 6 times, redial and now number two , get to number one...first in queue at 15.26 minutes and cut off again..... needs new phone system for sure, perhaps they prefer walk ins ?????

   Such a lovely dentist practice, super friendly kyra on reception and the dentist Mr hassan is so reassuring, professional and fast I had a white filling today and it was over and done with, before I had time to get nervous Lovely dental nurses too Can highly recommend, as they all make you feel you are in good hands

   Reception staff very friendly, dentist isn't talkative and works fast but he is good. Tooth out today 2 injections and no pain unlike previous dentist. I don't need a talkative dentist i need one who knows what he is doing and gets it over with as soon as possible.

   Dentist made my gums bleed with the tools by inappropriate handling and didn’t even acknowledge or apologise. Reception staff lovely but as only one dentist I will be leaving and finding an alternative practice
